(KSL News) -- The Principal of Timpview High School in Provo has been named Principal of the Year.
Dr. George Bayles was honored this morning by the Utah Association of Secondary School Principals. Bayles has been teaching for more than 35 years and has served as principal of Timpview since 2001.
Dr. John Goldhardt was recognized as Middle School Principal of the year. Goldhardt is the Principal of Snow Canyon Middle School in Saint George.
In addition, Douglas W. Beach from Mount Logan was named secondary Vice Principal of the year.
