SANDY — Police are looking for the public's help in finding a Peeping Tom.

On March 9, a woman was trying on dresses at Forever 21 at South Towne Center, 10450 S. State, when she heard someone get into the dressing room next to the one she was in.
"She looks down and sees a pair of pants sitting on the ground. Later she looked over and actually saw someone holding a cell phone camera under the bottom part (of the dressing room)," said Sandy Police Sgt. Troy Arnold.
The woman, Heather Seamons, screamed for an attendant and then, while still half-dressed, walked out of her dressing stall and confronted the man in the other dressing room.
Seamons asked store employees to keep the man there while she finished dressing.
The man denied he'd been doing anything, and to Seamons' surprise the clerks began questioning her instead. The man left the store.
"He has no clothes in his dressing room other than a pair of pants on the floor that wouldn't fit me, let alone a 170 pound man, and they just stood there," Seamons said.
Instead of backing down, she insisted security be called, and eventually the police.

Based on store surveillance tape, Arnold said investigators were looking at the possibility of additional victims. He said the man was seen hanging around the store for a while prior to the incident.
Seamons worries the camera got video or pictures of her changing before she spotted it. She wants the man caught before he does this to another woman.
"It's important people look at this face and think if that was them, would they want to pay attention and find this man so it doesn't happen again?'
The man was described as white male in his mid- to late-30s with a medium build. He possibly had glasses and a goatee, Arnold said. He was last seen wearing dark colored clothing, possibly a black shirt and gray pants.
Anyone with information on the man or any additional victims can call police at 801-840-4000.
Meanwhile, police say this case serves as a good reminder to people to always be aware of their surroundings: Don't turn your back on the dressing room door, keep in mind someone could reach over the top of the dressing room, and look for anything unusual.
