He's talking about a new treatment that fights obesity and diabetes in one shot. Incretin Mimetics mimic hormones that control blood sugar levels and food cravings.
Doctors say patients who receive injections twice a day control their diabetes and see weight loss between five and thirty pounds.
Incretin hormone therapy works with type one and type two diabetes. Pharmaceutical companies are trying to develop a pill form of the drug.
