(KSL News) -- An attempted Oxycontin robbery in Salt Lake City today was a bust.
Surveillance video shows a man passing a note on a napkin demanding the powerful painkiller. The pharmacist told him it's stored in a safe. The suspect then stole some candy and some medical cream for a fungal infection suffered by athletes.
Glade Baldwin, Pharmacist: "So if anyone knows who this man is with this serious medical condition of addiction and jock itch, probably ought to call police."
Store employees say the suspect was talking on a two-way radio to another person, who they believe may have been driving a getaway car.
