(KSL News) Salt Lake police took another man into custody to question him about a deadly gang shootout.
Homicide detectives and SWAT teams surrounded a Murray apartment Wednesday, looking for Donald Orlando Valdez. He surrendered without incident and was taken to jail.
Valdez had several assault warrants for his arrest. Investigators believe Valdez was involved in November's fight, that led to the fatal shooting of three people at the Avenues' Terrace HIlls Park.
Dozens of people have been questioned, but the alleged triggerman is still on the run.
