SALT LAKE CITY — A 19-year-old man was charged Friday with unlawful sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl on two occasions.
Charges filed in the 3rd District Court state the girl told police about sexual misconduct with the man in December and January.
The man faces two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, both third-degree felonies.
If convicted of both counts, the man could be fined $10,000 and spend up to 10 years in prison.
