(KSL News) A man who hit and killed two people while fleeing police plans to plead guilty to three felony charges.
Donald Snyder says he'll plead guilty to two counts of manslaughter and one count of possession of a dangerous weapon.
Prosecutors say on April 15, Snyder was running from troopers when he smashed into a vehicle and hit a pedestrian. A man in the car he hit and the pedestrian both died.
Snyder will officially enter his plea August 3.
