(KSL News) -- I-80 is back open near the Wyoming border after being shut down due to some bad wrecks.
First a semi slid off the road, then some other cars, and then another semi followed. Over 30 vehicles wrecked or slid off the road in just a quarter mile.

Police also shut down the road because another truck had crashed several miles away in the opposite direction.
Police say the road had a thin layer of snow and the rest was all ice.
Most of the injuries were minor but one person had to be cut out from their car.
