(KSL News) -- A Tremonton woman accused of beating a child she was babysitting has turned herself in to police.

Brittney Johnsen faces felony charges. Prosecutors say she confessed to kicking 18-month old Ryker Bennett in the stomach last month.

Ryker's mother went to high school with Johnson, and for quite some time had trusted her with her son. Ryker suffered a concussion, broken ribs, and internal bleeding. Tonight, though, he is finally out of intensive care
