(KSL News) West Valley police have identified a teenager killed in a drive-by shooting on the freeway.

Seventeen-year-old Luis Trujillo and three friends were driving home on I-15 from Club Vortex when another car pulled up and shot at them. One round shattered the back windshield, hitting Trujillo in the head.

Police say there were no reports of any fights at the club and that no one in Trujillo's party had gang ties.

They ask anyone who knows about the shooting to call police.
