LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- Police have arrested the director of the Cache County Multicultural Center for allegedly serving alcohol to minors at nightclub he co-owns.
The Logan Herald Journal say Juan Pablo Mariano was booked into the Cache County Jail Wednesday for investigation of supplying alcohol to a minor and a business license violation.
He posted bail and was released.
Logan's Assistant Police Chief Jeff Curtis says Mariano served two minors energy drinks mixed with alcohol at Club New York.
He says the minors were working undercover for police and that underage drinking had been suspected at the club.
The 33-year-old Mariano became director the multicultural in March.
Mariano told the newspaper he didn't want to discuss the case without speaking with an attorney.
