Fashion Place parent company, General Growth Properties, has announced plans to begin construction of a 30-thousand square foot Crate and Barrel, the first to the Utah market. The new Crate and Barrel adds to the mix of new stores and restaurants that are a part of an ongoing expansion in 2011.

Crate and Barrel will be located adjacent to the Cheesecake Factory in the lot previously occupied by Nordstrom, which was rebuilt and relocated to the center's north wing in 2009. Other recent new tenants to the property include Corner Bakery, California Pizza Kitchen, Bare Escentuals, Coldwater Creek and Utah's first Sephora.

Crate and Barrel is known for its exclusive house wares and furniture designs, excellent value and superb customer service.

A leading destination for bridal and gift registries, Crate and Barrel offers a wide range of affordable, well-designed products for every room in the home.

Welcome to Utah, Crate and Barrel!
