SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Deron Williams had 24 points and 16 assists, and fueled a 35-point first quarter as the Utah Jazz beat the Indiana Pacers 110-88 on Wednesday night.

It was the seventh straight win for the Jazz (15-5) and fifth in a row at home.

Darren Collison led Indiana with 16 points. Brandon Rush and Roy Hibbert added 15 apiece for the Pacers, who had their four-game road win streak end.

Utah led by as many as 19 points in the first quarter after shooting 61.5 percent. All five starters were in double figures by the end of the third quarter.

Al Jefferson had 17 points and 10 rebounds, scoring six straight points in the third quarter that bumped Utah's lead back to 10. C.J. Miles finished with 13 points.

The Jazz took an early 24-14 lead as Williams scored seven straight points in less than three minutes and had five assists in the first seven minutes. He had his first double-double by halftime this season with 12 points and 10 assists.

Williams recorded his second 16-assist, zero-turnover game.

Utah had runs of 9-0 and 23-5 en route to a 35-17 first-quarter lead.

Again, Utah's dominance on the boards was the big difference.

Utah held a 14-3 advantage after the first quarter, 25-13 at halftime, 34-23 after three and 46-32 overall.

The Jazz observed a moment of silence before Wednesday's game in memory of Utah Jazz executive Greg Miller's mother-in-law, who was found stabbed to death Tuesday afternoon at the South Salt Lake book shop she owned.

A photo of Sherry Black, 64, was shown on the giant screen at Energy Solutions Arena while public address Dan Roberts asked fans to remember the families after the "senseless act of violence."
