SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Three people accused of cleaning up the scene of a homicide two weeks ago have been charged.
Prosecutors say 44-year-old Keith DeGruy, pitched the body of 38-year-old Donald Joseph over a balcony railing. They say 33-year-old Phyllis Marie Scott then helped clean the crime scene.
DeGruy is charged with abuse or desecration of a corpse and obstructing justice, both felonies.
Prosecutors also charged the alleged killer, 40-year-old Darren R. Coco with aggravated assault and obstructing justice.

Court documents say on November 18th, Joseph and two others went to Coco's Salt Lake City home, where Joseph started to beat Coco with a wrench. Coco told police he then stabbed Joseph in self-defense and stabbed another man, who was fleeing, in anger.
Coco then told police DeGruy and Scott cleaned the scene and disposed of Joseph's clothing and gun.
