SALEM - A man was hit and killed in front of a gas station in Salem Wednesday.
Police say 40-year-old Kyle A. Sermersheim of Spanish Fork was walking into a gas station at 390 North State Road 198.
Police say a 20-year-old Payson resident was backing out of a parking stall and hit Sermersheim.
He was taken to Mountain View Hospital where he later died.
An investigation into the accident is still ongoing.
