WEST HAVEN --Police in the Weber County community of West Haven peacefully ended a standoff Wednesday afternoon.
The incident began around 11:20 a.m. when a man got into an argument with a construction crew working nearby, went inside a home, and came back out waving a gun.
It ended at about 4 p.m. when a SWAT team entered the home and found the man asleep.
A 22-year-old man was taken into custody. Police say he could face several charges, including brandishing a firearm.
