SALT LAKE CITY - The Deseret Book flagship store in downtown Salt Lake City unveiled its decorated holiday windows Wednesday.
Deseret Book has brought back the long time tradition of dressing up its windows to give some holiday cheer to downtown shoppers.
Vice President of Marketing at Deseret Book Steve Willes said the windows took about four months to decorate and they're excited to bring the tradition back to downtown.
Deseret Book is just one of several downtown stores that will get into the holiday spirit this year. The Downtown Alliance is holding a contest called,"Window Wonderland" in an effort to get other business to decorate their store front windows.
You can see Desert Book's windows now through the end of the holidays and the other decorated windows should start popping up after Thanksgiving.
