SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake police are seeking the public's help in tracking down a man who robbed the KeyBank branch at 410 E. 400 South Monday.

Police were called to the KeyBank just after 12:30 p.m. after a man took an undisclosed amount of money from the bank, Salt Lake police Sgt. Shawn Josephson said.

Police have no reason to believe that the man had a gun or threatened the clerks in any way, he said.

The man fled the bank on foot, running east. Police say the man is a white male between the ages of 40 and 50, and is about 6 feet tall. He has a skinny build and acne scars on his cheeks.

Anyone with information is asked to call 801-799-3000 and refer to case No. 10-199046. Callers may remain anonymous. Anyone with information leading to an arrest and conviction can receive up to $3,000 in reward money.
