(KSL News) Despite the last few rainy days, a field in West Valley City caught fire.
The fire at 6000 West and 3800 South spread to two barns before crews were able to control it.
The location was so far off the road, firefighters say they had some difficulty using their fire hoses. No one was evacuated or hurt.
Officials tell us even though it's wet right now, we're already in a dangerous part of the fire season.
