SALT LAKE COUNTY -- A single-vehicle rollover injured three people on northbound U-111.
The accident happened at approximately 6400 South around 4:25 p.m. Wednesday.
West Valley City police say a 17-year-old suffered critical injuries and a 16-year-old suffered serious injuries, both were flown to the hospital. Both are now in stable condition and are expected to make a full recovery.
A third patient, the driver, 17, was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
U-111 was shut down in both directions but has since reopened.
Authorities say alcohol was a factor in the accident.
