OSLO, Norway, Nov 18, 2005 (UPI via COMTEX) -- Rockers Duran Duran, Motown's Gladys Knight, Latin star Juanes, Britain's Sugababes and cellist Yo-Yo Ma will play the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize Concert.

Singer/songwriter Damien Rice, British popsters Westlife and singers Katie Melua and Katherine Jenkins will also perform during the Dec. 11 gala in Oslo, Norway, Billboard.com reported Friday.

The concert will take place the night after the Nobel Peace Prize is officially awarded to the Austria-based International Atomic Energy Agency, which works to prevent the use of nuclear power for weaponry.
