(KSL News) -- Today was a very special day for a Utah mom. Elissa Butcher received keys to her new home, which was built by Habitat for Humanity.

She spent 200 hours herself working on the house and several other habitat homes. Elissa says it was all worth it. "Yeah, it's like the best thing that has ever happened to me in my life."

Habitat for Humanity has built more than a quarter of a million homes for families in need.
