SALT LAKE CITY -- Police are looking for three men who robbed a home near Liberty Park Friday night.
The resident, his girlfriend and a friend were inside their apartment around 9 p.m. when three men wearing bandannas over their faces barged into the home. Two men had guns, the other had mace.
The suspects bound the three residents with duct tape.
"They had guns and they fired a shot off. It was just dead silent," said Patrick Stotts, one of the victims.
The shot went into the ceiling. The suspects took the victims' cell phones, wallets and even their 10-week-old puppy.
By the time the residents freed themselves, the robbers were gone. Anyone with information is asked to call Salt Lake City police.
