(KSL News) Today is National Missing Children's Day and Utah's top cop, Attorney General Mark Shurtleff, has an important message for Utah parents and children.
"In real life, predators may seem playful when they use the Internet to be your friend, to seem innocent, to want to interact with you, to make you feel safe. What is their ultimate goal?"
Experts estimate 2,000 children are reported missing each day, many are kidnapped by Internet predators. Shurtleff catuioned kids to be wary of anyone they meet on the Internet.
