TOOELE -- Police have arrested a man suspected of beating a 16-year-old boy in a road rage incident.
Wesley Giddens, 45, faces charges of assault and disorderly conduct.
Earlier this month, police say Giddens was a passenger in a blue PT Cruiser as he drove along SR-36 in Tooele. Sixteen-year-old Dyllan Williams came up behind them and admittedly was tailgating the car.
After some yelling and gestures through the window, Williams pulled over to apologize. But he says before he even got out of the car, Giddens started punching him.
Williams was able to get a partial license plate number, which eventually led police to Giddens.
