(KSL News) West Valley Police look for a suspected murderer, one who doesn't even have his driver's license.
Police say that boy, 15-year-old Angel Ortiz, beat up and stabbed his brother-in-law to death. Ortiz is a known gang member, who police say has an extensive criminal record.
A week ago, police say the victim, Jeremiah Allred, went to his estranged wife's house and the two got into an argument. Soon Ortiz, her brother, arrived and attacked Allred, then disappeared.
Ortiz is 5 foot 5, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information should call West Valley City Police.
