(KSL News) -- An Ogden man pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated kidnapping. The victim was his own wife.
In exchange for the guilty plea, attempted aggravated murder charges against Lee Northcutt were dropped.
Police say Northcutt tried to suffocate his wife and threatened her with a knife. They say he dragged her through a broken window when she tried to flee.
He's currently in jail, and his wife has sent him divorce papers.
Northcutt faces one to 15 years in prison. He'll be sentenced next month.
