(KSL News) -- Provo has been ranked as one of the top ten up-and-coming cities for employment.

According to Yahoo! Hot Jobs, Provo is on the list with other smaller cities because of its fresh base of ideas and start-up companies.

Hot Jobs' Vice President says Provo has a good mix of those things employees are looking for.

Mark Karasu, Vice President, Yahoo! Hot Jobs: "Cost of living, commuting time, mass transit, how good it is or isn't, health care accessibility, population growth, and of course employment growth."

Provo could see an influx of workers in the next few years, not only because of it's steady growth, but as Karasu pointed out, 40 percent of those currently employed plan to start looking for a new job in the next 12 months.
