(KSL News) A Draper man is accused of attempted rape, and police say he should have already been behind bars at the time of the alleged crime.
Forrest Barth was arrested on May 9 after he allegedly broke into the home of a Provo teen and tried to sexually assault her.
He had been in contact with the girl before. In fact, he was arrested two days before for trespassing at her home.
Utah County jail officials say he was mistakenly allowed to post bail in that case.
