(KSL News)-- A woman who left her baby with her date's brother then disappeared, is no longer considered missing.

Salt Lake City police say Manuela Roberts, also known as Mandy Trujillo, has been seen bar-hopping.

Roberts was reported missing October 10th when she failed to return home after a date. Her four-month-old baby boy was passed between various babysitters, until police were called. The baby is now in state custody.

Salt Lake City police detective Dwayne Baird says the woman is NOT missing, she's just not coming home.

The father appeared in court last week. Turns out he had several outstanding warrants and was arrested. Roberts claims she has 10 other children.
