(KSL News) Governor Jon Huntsman has ordered a special election for November 6, to decide the fate of Utah's school voucher law.

Lawmakers and Huntsman created a program that would give $500 to $3,000 for each child sent to private schools.

Opponents collected more than 100,000 signatures to suspend the law and force a referendum on the issue.
