Team Coverage, KSL Newsradio Jazz fans have more to be excited about this time of year than they have recently. Their team is advancing in the playoffs, and tickets are already a hot commodity.
No signs of life at the ticket office, but tickets for tonight's second round game one against golden state have been going away fast. There are just a couple hundred tickets left. It's not surprising, considering the fans are stoked! "Just really happy to see them pull through, finally," one fan said.
When asked if he's excited, another fan replied, "Oh yah, it was wonderful. I didn't expect it, and I'm glad that they're moving on."
It's an improbable playoff matchup: an eight seed versus a five. Golden State is the first eight seed to win a seven-game series. The Jazz are into the second round for the first time since 2000.
