(KSL News) Local pets and their owners participated in the annual Blessing the Animals today.
Dozens of pets, mostly dogs, received a blessing by a local pastor at 2375 E. 3300 South.
One of the dogs in attendance was Henry.
As you might remember, Henry became the poster dog for an animal-abuse bill after he was placed in a hot oven last year.
Today's blessing marks the celebration of the feast of Saint Francis of Assissi, who is remembered for his love for all creatures.
