Remember the Juggalos? Frowny, clown-faced folks. Their band, Insane Clown Posse, is playing at Saltaire on Saturday.
"We'll be there, they'll know we're there," says Lt. Teri Summers with the Metro Gang Unit. He says officers will be very visible. They don't want Juggalo gangsters causing problems or getting in a scuffle with straight-edgers. "The straight-edge is very volatile with the Juggalos. They don't get along," says Lt. Summers.
Officers say if the straight-edgers show up the danger could be significant.
