SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The large, unique chandelier that hung in the ZCMI, and later the Macy's store downtown, has been donated to the Rape Recovery Center.
The well-known glass chandelier was built exclusively for ZCMI when the store was leveled and then rebuilt 30 years ago.
Now, it's been dismantled and the pieces will be auctioned off this Friday.
Pieces will be sold for $10, $20 and $30 at the "An Evening with the Arts" benefit at Westminster College.
Proceeds will benefit the Rape Recovery Center.
