OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Ogden city officials have secured 18-point-five (M)million dollars in financing to build a proposed high-adventure recreation center.
Officials have signed a written agreement with a lending institution. Although, city officials won't identify the lender.
The deal must now be approved by the City Council.
The 126-thousand-sqaure-foot center will be built on the former Ogden City Mall site in downtown.
The facility will include an 80-foot climbing wall, wind tunnel, wave pool, 34 enhanced bowling lanes, an arcade, indoor track, fitness machines and several restaurants.
City officials won't know the exact cost of construction until the council is ready to take final action on the approval.
