COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS -- Cottonwood Heights police are looking for an attorney who's facing several charges.
Detectives say Midvale defense attorney Harold Stone has been bothering a woman who currently works for him but had been married to one of his brothers. The woman has recently married another man.
"This is a classic case of somebody being stalked and most likely harassed electronically, most likely verbally; we're not quite sure exactly to what extent," said Officer Beau Babka, spokesman for the Cottonwood Heights Police Department.
Stone faces felony charges of stalking and destroying evidence, as well as four misdemeanor counts of discharging a weapon. Investigators say he fired four shots through windows of an apartment where he thought the woman was living.
If you have any information on where Stone might be, contact the Cottonwood Heights Police Department at 801-840-4000.
