(KSL News) A leaky tank valve could put parts of Draper on shaky ground.
The tank holds as much as 1.5 million gallons of water, and had been leaking for several months.
Residents noticed water flowing down the hillside beneath one of the city's water tanks and notified the city. The leak has been fixed, but the water saturated the soil, and officials worry it could affect the stability of the hillside.
They say the area is a particular worry because some of the roads have proved unstable in the past.
