(KSL News) A man who sued The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has lost much of his case.

Michael Gulbraa filed the lawsuit after his sons were ordained as priests without his permission. He says the ordinations took place when the boys were in the care of his former wife.

Gulbraa is a member of the Church, but he says he was told the ordinations would not take place without his knowledge or participation.

The court dismissed his accusations of breach of contract and fraud. However Gulbraa can still sue for emotional distress.
