(KSL News) Downtown TRAX service was shut down in Salt Lake City today after a TRAX train hit a silver Jeep Liberty at 150 South Main Street.
Witnesses say the car made a U-turn over the TRAX line on Main Street and was T-boned by an oncoming train.
Two people were inside that car. They were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Main Street was re-opened about an hour later.
