(KSL News) Utahn Melvin Dummar is going after Howard Hughes' fortune again.
According to the Salt Lake Tribune, Dummar has filed a new lawsuit in Nevada seeking nearly a half-billion dollars from the late billionaire's estate.
Dummar says the reclusive billionaire promised him money for rescuing him in the Nevada desert.
Dummar tried to reopen the case in Utah based on new evidence and a new witness, but a judge recently dismissed the case.
