LAYTON -- For the second day in a row, people marched through Davis County in honor of 4-year-old Ethan Stacy.

Ethan was allegedly killed by his mother, Stephanie Sloop, and her husband, Nathan Sloop. Police reports reveal he was abused for days before his death.

Saturday, hundreds of people wearing white shirts and carrying white balloons marched from the Sloop's Layton apartment at 540 W. 1425 North to the Davis County Jail in Farmington -- a distance of just over 10 miles.

We have to be his voices. For us to do all of this, we are demanding justice for him and we are doing it because we love him.

Sunday, a much smaller crowd of marchers wore blue shirts and carried blue balloons along the same path.

"We have to be his voices," said event organizer Andrea Bliss. "For us to do all of this, we are demanding justice for him and we are doing it because we love him."

At the end of the march, organizers of the "Justice for Ethan" campaign asked participants to sign a petition. It calls on a judge to issue the harshest punishment possible against the Sloops.

Though the Sloops haven't been formally charged yet, it's likely they will both face aggravated murder charges.
