(KSL News) Pilot error is being blamed for a fatal helicopter crash in Uintah County. The chopper was being used in the search for a missing Vernal woman last November.
According to the National Transportation Safety Board, pilot Brian Grayson failed to maintain visual sight of power lines while trying to land, causing the aircraft to become tangled and crash into the Green River.
One person was killed in the crash. Grayson suffered serious injuries.
