(KSL News) -- Four suspects appeared in court today to face murder charges in the death of a pregnant woman.

Kerri Ammant, Andrea Martinez, Lawrence Valdez and Robert Everett Collins are charged with killing Darla Woundedhead. The expectant mother was shot last month at a Salt Lake City motel.

Her baby was delivered two months early by emergency c-section. The infant is still in intensive care.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December. The DA's office says it also plans to file charges against the suspects for jeopardizing the infant's life.
