SALT LAKE CITY -- A man accused of fatally stabbing his wife wants to take back his guilty plea.
Daniel Olivera is scheduled to appear before a judge Friday afternoon at a hearing over his motion to withdraw the plea.
Olivera changed his plea just moments before he was to be sentenced in February.
He was facing 15 years to life in prison after initially pleading guilty to stabbing his wife during an argument at their Salt Lake City home in October.
