SALT LAKE CITY -- A Salt Lake City man is now formally charged with shooting and killing a 19-year-old woman in her home.

Police arrested Delfino Arriaga-Luna for the murder of Stephanie Williams on April 5.
Wednesday, prosecutors filed a homicide charge against Arriaga-Luna, saying he admitted to police he shot Williams in the face. He's also been charged with obstruction of justice and possession of a firearm by a restricted person.

Police are still searching for his brother, Alvaro "Acuaro" Arriaga-Luna. They are calling him a suspect in the shooting.
