SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Salt Lake County has opened its new 20,000-square-foot senior center in Magna.
The center opened Tuesday and was built to be environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
The center provides services to those who are over 60 by offering exercise classes, computer training, gardening areas and volunteer opportunities, among other things.
Salt Lake County Aging Services operates the center.
