SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The trial of a woman accused of killing a bicyclist in a collision last year has been postponed.

A judge canceled the trial of 66-year-old Elizabeth Deseelhorst because her attorney died. Defense attorney Jack Morgan passed away last month. Morgan's partner, Greg Skordas, will now handle the case.

DeSeelhorst allegedly struck and killed Josie Johnson while driving her S-U-V up Big Cottonwood Canyon back in September of 2004.

The new trial has been postponed until November 16th.
