SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- Gov. Jon Huntsman is calling the Legislature into a special session.
Lawmakers will convene at the Capitol on Wednesday to address 15 issues, most of which are centered around making technical corrections to the state budget.
Only the governor can place items on the agenda for a special session.
Among other things, lawmakers will consider adjusting Medicaid hospital provider rates, modifying the Employment Selection Procedures Act to clarify what information may be disclosed by an employer and allowing owners of agricultural land in rural areas to create subdivisions regardless of local ordinances.
