(KSL News) -- A woman who pleaded no contest to killing her former boss was summoned back to court today.
Kerri Fae Brown was given three months to work out custody for her children, while she serves time in prison. But prosecutors say Brown sent in fake child custody documents to them and that there is no record Brown has done anything in the last month to find a home for her children.
Now the judge is deciding whether Brown can remain out on bail until her sentencing in November, or if she will be kept in jail until then.
